Before You Buy: What to Know

Everything you need to know before and after your build.

Yes! All of our sheds are built on-site. This means we construct everything directly on your property, so there’s no need for wide gates or large deliveries. We bring the materials and build it where you want it.

We currently don’t offer regular delivery, but you're welcome to inquire if it's something you’re interested in. However, if your location has limited access—like narrow gates, tight spaces, or rough terrain that could risk damage—we highly recommend building your shed on-site. We're happy to assess your property and help you choose the best option.

We typically build on level ground with concrete blocks or tuff blocks. If you're unsure, we can help assess your site and offer recommendations.

Most sheds are completed within 1 to 3 days, depending on size and custom features. We'll give you a clear timeline when we confirm your order.

We monitor the weather closely. If we need to reschedule, we’ll get you a new build date as soon as possible — usually within a day or two.

Absolutely. You get to choose the size, layout, and paint color of your shed. We build each one to match your style and storage needs.

Absolutely. Add shelves, workbenches, lofts — you name it. Just let us know what you need.

Definitely! Many customers use their sheds as hobby spaces, workshops, or small home offices. We can add features to support those uses.

Yes, we do. From coops to pump houses, we can build small custom structures for different purposes.

The base price covers the full shed structure with standard features. Optional upgrades—such as windows, taller sidewalls, ramps, flower boxes, solar lamps, extra doors, custom doors, or custom paint etc—are available for an additional cost.

Prices may change due to material costs, so all pricing is subject to change without notice.

We typically don’t require a down payment, but it can depend on the size of the shed or if the location is more challenging to access. If a deposit is needed, we’ll discuss it with you beforehand. The full payment is due on the final day of the build, and we accept cash or check.

Full payment is due on the final day of your shed build. However, you’re welcome to make lump sum payments at your convenience throughout the process. The remaining balance must be settled by the last day of the build.

We accept cash & check. We’ll confirm your payment options during the ordering process.

At the moment, we don’t offer financing directly. However, we are actively working on partnering with financing companies to offer you more flexible payment options in the near future. Stay tuned for updates!

Yes! We include a workmanship warranty with every shed we build. That means if anything goes wrong because of how it was built — like a leak, crooked door, or loose boards — we’ll fix it at no extra cost. This covers issues caused by construction, not wear and tear or weather damage not misuse. We stand behind our work and want you to feel confident in what you’re getting.

We use only top-quality materials to ensure your shed lasts for 30+ years. Our builds feature #1 grade lumber, 3/4" Advantech flooring plywood, pressure-treated lumber for the foundation, LP Smart siding for durability, and OSB for the roof, which is designed for a shingled roof. These materials are carefully selected for strength, reliability, and long-lasting performance.

That depends on your local area and the size of the shed. We recommend contacting your city or county’s building department.

You can reach out through our website, send us an email, or call us directly. We’ll walk you through your options and help you design the perfect shed.
